Safe Living Solutions-Transitions is a company that specializes in home evaluations and solutions to maximize safety and accessibility for people who wish to remain in their homes despite either temporary or long-term limitations and disabilities. 

With on-staff physicians and Certified Aging-in-Place (C.A.P.S.) designation, our goal is to provide the best possible environment that will allow you or your loved one to remain in his or her own home while maintaining dignity and independence.  Our projects range from installing ramps and grab bars to whole house retrofit and remodeling.  Our experience, coupled with the vast array of products we offer provides homeowners with a one-stop solution for everything they will need to enjoy their current home for many years.

Safe Living will work with you on several different levels depending on your needs. First, if you have a product or service you are interested in and would like implemented we are more than happy to provide that product and/or service.  Our second level of service is a comprehensive whole-house evaluation.

 

This evaluation is different from the traditional home inspection in that instead of looking
for structural defects, we focus on how to make your home a safer and more accessible environment. Finally, we can work with you to prepare a plan for your home alterations and, with our partner company Osprey Bay Building and Development, professionally implement the modifications you choose.
